Overall,a very comfy and superb place for small family vacation. Very cozy and good eye view nature.

Liked Everything about this place is very much good. Location,access is where it needs to be. For the comfy level, its a well done.

Disliked The wifi could have been checked and replaced, as we used our own hotspot. First bathroom water heater not working as it is, need to use master bedroom for warm water.

A disappointing stay with poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and unresolved WiFi issues.

Disliked I recently stayed at this property in Ipoh, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to cleanliness issues and poor service. Upon checking in, I found that all beds sheets in three rooms had unchanged, you can find human hair on them, and there were cobwebs in various corners. It was clear that the rooms had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When I requested fresh bed sheets, the cleaners were not only reluctant but also displayed an unprofessional attitude, insisting that we should not look at them while they changed the sheets—an unusual and uncomfortable request. Additionally, the WiFi was not working throughout our stay, and despite bringing this up with the staff, no solution was provided. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor hospitality, and unresolved WiFi issue made my stay far from pleasant. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.
