Liked Our pet Kimi was well accommodated, the hotel really welcomed us and Kimi. This trip was for him anyways and he felt like a VIP!

Liked Staff were excellent and made our stay very special. The hotel internally is completely different from the street and is a delightful base for exploring Georgetown. Loved the options available at breakfast and the relaxed ,friendly atmosphere that permeates the hotel..
Liked Amazing look and feel, wonderful staff, very clean, extremely attentive. They found out it was my birthday and arranged a cake for me. They were also very sweet for my baby.

Liked Comfortable room and bed. Training and professionalism of staff. Dog friendly. Many nice dogs means nice guests. No one rude or arrogant. Turtles. Location for exploring Georgetown is excellent. Pool was excellent on the hot days.
Disliked Dining area needs more cooling on these hot days.
