Nice stay by regalia

Very horrible we are feeling we are fooled by regalia and booking.com

Liked Nothing as such to like there.we were asked checkin time 3 Pm we got keys 4PM. All of us suffered alot with senior citizens and kids

Disliked While booking we were shown 2 apartments with king size beds after checkin we came to know that all rooms having queen size beds only.We managed it very hardly. 2 apartments one apartment 2bhk and another one 3Bhk for 11 adults and 3kids was suggested by booking.com only stating that both the apartments has Bed rooms with king size beds beds. I would not recommend regalia to anyone.

Liked i like the strategic location , and the place is very nice

Disliked i didnt like that we use tng for parking ( we thought that parking is reserved ) its my fault bcs didnt read properly . and the floor kinda sticky . i hope you will improve your cleanliness also i found too much of baby's insects .

bad experience for my family

Disliked i want to complain about the room condition, early when we check in, i have check the room and not feel comfortable with the room condition, i already contact your staff if had another room, but your staff said no rooms left, so we continue to stay, but after then, more and more problem happen, noisy sound from refrigerator, wifi problem, aircond not cold, and door button problem/broken. one more thing one of my cousin had open the door after touch the door knob, she realize that the door knob was broken and she injured her hand, i may attach the picture of her hand, i would like to discuss on what u guys could do/give on things that already happen, if no action host side
