Liked Great customer service, fast response. Very honest staff, I dropped my car keys and they returned it to me. The location is good, parking arrangement not free but affordable (RM15 a day), lots of convenience facilities (pool, gym, mart, cafes, restaurants, hairdresser, there's also art, beauty and fashion retail shops). Every time I see the housekeeper I asked for more toilet rolls (smallest rolls I've ever seen) and they happily provide.
Disliked Wifi was very slow, I had to use data from my phone as hotspot to work. The bed was too firm for my liking. The cooking equipment provided was not enough for basic food preparation and cooking (there's a pot but no frying pan), the cutlery were just enough for 2 people but there were sleeping capacity for 3 people. Small detail but worth noting. The snacks and disposable bath towels were not complimentary and it was not made clear. Adding all other costs, it is a bit on the pricey side.

Liked Nothing i like about. It spoilt my mood from day 1 on the security deposit issue. After reading the past review, it seems like booking.com accommodate the security deposit additional charges practices.
Disliked My flight arrived 8pm and they are totally aware on my check in time. A security deposit needs to be made and they said they have no staff at that point of time. It’s contradicting that their staff able to pass me the key to mail room at 9.44pm. For security deposit, I need to pay additional $20rm charges for using credit card. Guess they must be making lots of $20 from guests. First time in my life for having charges on security deposit. Secondly, the towel they gave, smell bad that I asked for replacement.
Liked The Millerz Square building itself is excellent. Our studio was on the 43rd floor with a stunning view over the city, and the building was clean, well maintained, and professionally run. The shared facilities, the gym and the pool were genuinely good. To be clear, the credit for all of this belongs to the building management, not to our host.
Disliked Our room was let by a separate host called GoMain, everything below is about them, not the building. Check-in: We had requested a late check-in through Booking.com because our flight landed after the standard time. We gave our estimated arrival, and the host approved it. Check-in was self-service, with clear WhatsApp instructions to collect our keycards from the mailbox room. When we arrived, the mailbox room was locked and no one was there to let us in. We spent an hour in the lobby trying to reach the host, and were eventually told to wait for a resident to open the mailbox room and follow them in. For a late arrival we had arranged in advance, after a long flight, this was careless and unprofessional. Undisclosed deposit: On the day of check-in we were asked to pay a MYR 200 security deposit that was never mentioned on the Booking.com listing. This may be standard in Malaysia, but it should have been communicated in advance. Housekeeping and bed bugs: Cleaning is on request, which is fine. We stayed two weeks and requested housekeeping twice. On the second visit we found that the bed sheets had not been changed at all, they had simply been flipped over and the bed remad
