ONE OF THE WORST PLACE TO STAY!!!

Liked Good bed quality, got karaoke set, good furnitures, pretty paintings.

Disliked Dirty bathroom walls, dirty tiles, dirty house floor, security guard giving misinformation which causes delay during check-in, no place to hang the bidet, complicated check-in process, dirty fridge, complicated mailbox lock and owner did not give proper instruction on how to open the lock.

Liked The host was very responsive, which made the communication quick and smooth. The unit was comfortable.

Disliked The unit next door was being used as a hostel for a cleaning company, so the corridor was often filled with plastic bags and garbage bags. We had to walk past them every time we entered or left the unit. When we arrived, there were many ants on the kitchen floor. We had to keep wiping them away throughout our stay.

Disliked This was our 2nd trip to penang. We’re from KL took 5hours drive. This is also our 2nd time stay this place for 3d2n. Our first stay were very good,we enjoyed the stay and everything was clean. Decide that day, in our next trip, we’ll be staying again at this place. We’re hoping that the place will be still the same. But unfortunately, very sorry, our stay this time,were very disappointing. When we came in, we got this uncomfortable, rank smell and I knew it was pee. And for our knowing, we know this place is a pet friendly place. When we go to the living room, the carpet was wet, and I knew that smell was coming from there because there were 2 wet spot on and out the carpet and my daughter even stepped on it . We had to take it outside because it was so smelly, like it was never wash. The floor was dirty like it was never been mop nor clean.

Disliked The environment was extremely dirty and unpleasant. There was hair all over the floor, the ground felt sticky, and the toilet was filthy and smelled terrible. On top of that, the agency staff had a very bad attitude and were unprofessional when dealing with customers. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would definitely not recommend this place to others.
