Disliked Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The unit had cockroaches, and the air conditioning was not cold at all throughout our stay. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. It was also extremely difficult to communicate with the owner, as they relied on a bot/AI system instead of providing proper and direct communication with guests. The unit was also completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. Another serious issue was the deposit. There was no clear information on Booking.com stating that guests were required to pay a deposit. We had already made full payment, but only afterwards were we suddenly contacted via WhatsApp and asked to pay an additional deposit. This should have been clearly stated upfront before making the booking. On top of that, the deposit was held for an unnecessarily long period before being refunded. The entire process was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Liked I stay at A-06-25, Have a personal parking lot but at level 6, im not ok when driving Dmax.
