Disliked Check-in was at 3PM and I arrived around 5PM, but I still couldn’t properly rest in the room. The owner told me the light bulb was burnt out and they needed at least 2–3 hours to fix it. Their only solution was just asking me to wait, with no proper alternative, which was quite frustrating. They did offer me a full refund, but honestly that didn’t really help because how am I supposed to find another accommodation last minute? The light was finally fixed around 7:40PM, but after that I noticed a lot of plaster dust on the bed from when they changed the light, which was really dirty and unacceptable. By then I was already so tired and just wanted to rest. On top of that, the lobby lift was very slow since it works by zones, which made things even more inconvenient. Overall, quite a disappointing experience. If you’re thinking of booking this place, please think twice.

Disliked The space was very cramped, there was an unpleasant smell throughout, and i noticed mold on the walls and in the bathroom. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Liked I really appreciated the warm hospitality from the host, Gloria. She assisted me even before I arrived and made sure my needs were well accommodated. The unit was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Inside the room, there were comfy pillows, a nice bed, fridge, iron with ironing board, microwave, and water heater. The shower pressure was also strong, which made it extra comfortable. All the small details like toiletries, tissues, and rubbish bags were provided, which made my stay even more convenient.
