Liked 1. The location is so strategic. Nearby to KB Mall & many other good spots. Easy access to eatery too. 2. Easy check in & check out. 3. Helpful, kind, considerate & responsible owner. He/She managed to get me an additional free parking spot for my 2nd car (otherwise need to pay rm30/night). 4. Extra mattresses are provided (per request) 5. The room is clean & the pool is superbly cool. 6. Water filter (Cuckoo Brand) is provided.

Disliked 1. It only got 1 toilet. Quite inconvenient if there are many of you staying. 2. Only 1 access card provided. Quite a nuisance if you & yr roommates travel at different times. (The access card is needed for the entrance barrier & elevator).

Liked Troika has been the choice of place to stay whenever i'm in Kelantan due to its location in the middle of town. For this particular homestay, it was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. View was nice too. Recommended for staycation for small group.

Disliked Some minor suggestions for improvement:- 1. To clean the toilet walls. 2. If possible to change the water filter head pipe. It was too tight to open to even wash hands. 3. To change or repair the kain telekung. It was loose.
