Liked Location is good & convenient
Disliked Did not supply box tissue coffee & tea No water filter device on the tap in the kitchen. The living room sofa is not comfortable, needs to be replaced.
Liked Location. Right in the middle of the city. Near to shopping areas.
Disliked None except no instruction on how to operate the TV (not connected to the internet) and the sofa bed is broken.
Liked Great location
Disliked 1. At 3:00 PM, which was the official check-in time, I still had not received the mailbox code to collect the key. This caused inconvenience and unnecessary waiting. 2. There are safety concerns regarding the room door. It was very difficult to open, and the key card system did not function smoothly. It would be advisable to check and replace the key card system. 3. The bathroom condition was not satisfactory. 4. Cleanliness can be further improved.
