Liked The facilities and cleanliness were okay.

Disliked The host took too long to respond and we were only able to access Netflix for one day, even though our stay was for two nights. I informed the host, but the reply came very late and by that time, I was already frustrated and had to use my own Netflix account. Please respond as soon as possible. If you're unable to reply quickly, consider hiring someone to manage and respond to clients promptly.
