Liked Location and property pictures in booking.com.

Disliked No lounge storage or handling service. Earlier check in means 03:00 pm. Apartment smells bad even after using air freshener. Old furniture. Dirty furniture ( Towels, sheets and walls). It was mentioned that each room has one double bed in the 3 bedrooms apartment, not true.
