Liked I totally had bad experience staying in this property, the owner of this property is not helpful at all. The bedsheet was very dirty, the tv not wokring, When complained to the staff, he did not even come to assist us. Just guide through wasap conversation, asked us to switch the aircond batery from the remote and change it to TV remote, The host didn't even explained about the parking, that if i use more than 1 car , i will need to pay overnight charges of RM20!!!!! NEVER MENTIONED ABOUT THIS AND I WAS VERY ANGRY!. he just told me about the parking rate. HE didn't even informed me that i am entitled to get RM10 Discount from the parking. He blamed it to the management staff. He should explained in details to me. Until the management already refund me RM10( the parking voucher) the host just ignored my message and didn't even take responsibility. None of my family feeling comfortable staying at the apartment. The bedsheet dirty. HIGHLY NOT RECCOMENDED, SPOILED OUR HOLIDAY MOOD. LUCKILY IT IS JUST 1 DAY STAY.
Disliked I WANT A REFUND OF MY PARKING, AT LEAST FAIR ENOUGH TO ME, WE PAID EQUALLY, BECAUSE HE DID NOT MENTIONED ABOUT OVERNIGHT CHARGES!!!!!!
