Disliked Hard to get in through security guard, keybox, lift, a nightmare No cofee/tea facilities Shower an ineffective electric one. Tower block, very impersonal

This was a fantastic and economical place to stay in Malacca, both modern and secure.

Liked Sebastian was a wonderful host, he was very attentive to our comfort and quick to assist us with any needs we had. The location in Malacca was excellent, very close to shopping and some of the best restaurants in town.

Disliked There were people installing air conditioning units in some of the other apartments and the use of rotors-hammers was quite loud during the day.

Room very clean, very comfortable and very satisfying.

Liked Location is far from busy road. Easy access into the property. Room and swimming pool are very clean. Easiest parking at lobby.

Disliked No cafe. Just mini mart with no familiar brand of products. The microwave oven smells a bit.

Good Price, comfortable and clean.

Liked Very clean. What in the picture is what you get. The house is clean. Customer service is good. Very prompt reply. Very helpful. I am happy. I am.satisfied.

Disliked Should have kept one more floor mat near the kitchen. I think the sink is leaking..but not sure. Should have kept the extra bowl bigger size.

Liked The house was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very helpful throughout my stay. The entire process, from booking to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free. The host even took the time to recommend nearby places to eat. The location is just 2 km from Jonker Street, with plenty of shops close by.

Disliked The air conditioner wasn’t cooling well at first, but the host promptly fixed the issue.
