Nana's at Dorsett Residence Bukit Bintang

Spacious Apartment in good location

Liked I had a wonderful stay at Nana’s Dorsett Residence KL with my family. The location is excellent, and the property is within walking distance of shopping malls, local eateries, the monorail, and other amenities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor, which was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, water purifier, cupboards/drawers, ironing board, microwave, kettle, fridge, small clothes rack all worked very well. There is a swimming pool and gym on the 30th floor of the building. The wait time for the lifts was less than 5 minutes depending on the time of day. The instructions provided before our arrival regarding key collection, Wi-Fi details, garbage disposal and other important information were clear and helpful. Since the time of the booking and during our stay, any queries or requests for towels, cleaning, were answered promptly through WhatsApp. At the time of booking, we had requested for an extra key which was provided. The 24-hour building security is excellent. The security staff were always helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and very comfortable stay

Disliked There is construction going on next to the Dorsett residence building so you can hear some noise in the mornings, which was understandable & bearable. We were more annoyed with people banging doors and dragging furniture late at night from the upper floors. I understand that this is not something the Dorsett Residence management can really control and is more a matter of guests being considerate of others staying in the building.

Disliked Parking problem

Liked Living room was very comfortable for a small group gathering in the house.

Disliked Rooms feel a little dated and squeeze with the extra mattress laid out. But it's ok, no big deal for a nighter or 2.

Don’t go to to this residence, there are better options (and I’ve lived long term in KL)

Liked Central location close to all shopping malls. Internet was super fast. Ritz Carlton lounge & Starrhill next door with Coffee shops and pleasant environment.

Disliked Omg, this was the worst stay in KL I’ve ever had. And I’m usually not someone who writes negative reviews. First: pictures and description misleading- this is not a a 1-bedroom apartment. Funnily, there are no doors anywhere not even a “real” bathroom. Speaking of it, the toilet was literally a shit show, it stinks like crazy, bacteria and mold… absolute disgrace. Be aware that next to the residence, as of July / August 2026, there is a big construction site and it’s super loud, starting early in the morning. We asked for money back as it was an absolute disgrace, which they did not offer… stayed for 1.5 weeks and had to leave earlier as we couldn’t take it. Money lost!

Liked We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The apartment was cozy, spacious, clean, and had an awesome view of the city. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including fast wi-fi, a big bed, a bath, a comfy workspace, and a big kitchen with an oven. It was worth the price. Also, I forgot my headphones in the apartment and realized it too late - at the airport. The owner was understanding and helped me arrange delivery to another country. Thank you a lot 🙏 I can definitely recommend Dorsett to everyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
