Liked Unable to enter. Security didn't allow us to enter because no details for the security. I would appreciate if my fees refunded due to find alternative accommodation for the night. Entry detail came 24 hours after our arrival.

Disliked entry detail sends to security as well in advance, so customer left high and dry no place to go. Security insisting entry details so he can allow us if entry details received in advance, perhaps we could have used the accommodation. Very stressful event.
