Liked The location is good. Near to LRT station.

Disliked The property didn’t have the hairdryer prepare in the room nor upon request. It just did not have. I paid extra on the booking.com that state paid room for 3 adult instead or paid for 2 adult, but i need to pay more for requesting the mattress for the third person. So i just think maybe i should just paid for 2 adult instead of 3.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.

Liked The hotel has a very good and convenient location, with the metro station nearby, making it easy to travel around. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Special thanks to Ms. Tina from the Reservation Department and Mr. Murali for their excellent support and hospitality. One area that needs improvement is the bathroom flooring. I noticed that the floor was damp and had a slightly slippery surface, which could be a safety concern for guests. I would recommend renovating or replacing the bathroom floor to prevent any potential accidents. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.

Disliked When we turned up it was heavy rain and thunder and we was asked for a deposit which we didn’t have coming straight from the airport so I said can we give it later and was told no and was nearly made to go out in the heavy rain to get money until the manager stepped in and said it was fine, not appreciated
