not happy

Disliked I was disappointed with the overall condition of the accommodation\. The facilities and amenities provided in the house were not satisfactory\. The bed, mattress, and pillows were uncomfortable and not in good condition. No towels were provided, even though they are considered a basic necessity for guests\. Overall, the house felt too empty and inadequately equipped, which made the stay uncomfortable\. I hope the management will improve the facilities and provide the necessary amenities to ensure a better experience for future guests\.
