Liked Had a very good stay here☺ Wheelchair friendly too but have to book a family suite, the room was spacious enough n comfortable😊 Very near to the beach, just walking distances. Thank u and will definitely come again☺😍

Disliked Just got few steps inside the room that u need to be careful especialy with elderly or kids. Otherwise, okayyyyyy great!

Liked Everything was great: the mattress was comfortable, the air conditioning was cool, the surroundings were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to find food.

Disliked One rather unpleasant experience was when I arrived around 2:20–2:30 PM and asked if I could check in—since it was only half an hour early—but the staff still charged me RM50 for the early check-in. Also, when checking out, I asked a staff member to help carry my luggage downstairs because it was very heavy; the staff member claimed there were no male employees available at the time. I then suggested asking a male housekeeper for help, but the staff member said he was too busy cleaning rooms back-to-back. I was quite disappointed that no one helped me carry the heavy luggage down the stairs.
