I submit a request and complain to booking customer care and even booking didnt emailed me back , my kids slept on floor

Disliked very bad , not clean at all ,smell of smoke when we entering the apartment, bad services as well, I ask for extra parking , owner ask me ask guard , then guard ask me to ask back owner ? No water heater , bed also not clean

Liked Overall it is okay. In terms of privacy and security, it is good, It is also convenient as there is a mall near the apartment.

Disliked the guard is unnecessarily rude. The house kinda smelly due to damp bedsheets in the house.
