It was a good stay, but could've been better

Liked Location is good, a new housing area, gated community so we felt safer. There are mineral water/canned drinks for sale in the kitchen, so convenient if you refer not to drive out to purchase water/drinks.

Disliked There weren't enough cups/mugs, trash cans, no kitchen tissue. And only 1 towel is provided per room. And there's no wifi.

not happy as my child fell down after sitting on the dining chair. luckily he’s not having serious injuries.

Disliked there’s NO AC at the living room and in the downstair room. This is not acceptable as the weather is so Hot (34-35Degrees) in Kelantan. We need to purchase Drinking water which is consider quite pricey, the fridge is full of sodas which we need to pay if want to drink. The worse part is the dining chairs is not safe (may fell down)to sit on as it has been welded several times. the sofa is like sitting on a bench of wood if uou want to sit on. plus, the tv did not have tv3 channel, all channel is not entertaining. pillow on provided 1 per person, no additional pillow or blanket provided. and the toilet upstairs has a hole opening on top- scarry to go to the toilet at night, feels not safe.
