MS Boutique Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Liked Very neat and clean hotel, with friendly staff. Our bathroom sink leaked on to the floor, the shelf was falling, hard bed and no window. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. The hotel was far from the main city. We found the area quite run down. Although, it was Good value for price and we would recommend and stay again!!!

Parking issue

Liked Room is good but very hard to find parking and car got damaged by the narrow path in this area... not recommended if you looking for good parking

Liked Not clean. Internet access limited to lobby area. Confusing entrance door. But the staff is accomodating.

Liked No mirror in the room at all, TV not functioning, AC not adjustable, room widow can’t be closed tight and handle is missing. So don’t be fooled by the big discount, bed n pillow not clean and can see dirty marks on it. Budget hotel shouldn’t equal to dirty room. Really disappointed
