Liked Good experience, room was good, Did not use any other facilities

Disliked As everyone checking out for 11am, we had to wait an hour for lifts before reaching the ground floor, some kind of staggering planned will be great

Liked It's comfortable enough for a small family like us, the pillow and bedsheets smeels good... The staff was helpful...it's equip with microwave so that we can heat our food, basic kitchen utensils and a pot, can do a simple cooking like Maggi or fry egg and sausages but in the pot.... The unit only provide 5 plates without any bowl so we cannot cook soup related food, unless u bring your own bowl.

Disliked This is the end unit, so we can't see the genting view, hence we understand why it's cheap compare with the rest. If possible to repair the sofabed, add small pan for frying egg and perhaps bowl for us to enjoy hot soup... The rest is OK except for the waiting time for the lift to go down during check out time
