Liked Car park condition and room cleanliness is bad. Aircon blow hot air even switch to lowest temp. Toilet got bad smells, noisy sound from outside even midnight, early morning hear loud music, and motor bike ride. Swimming pools is poor manage. No recommend for one prefer quite place. 😖

Very disappointed with this stay. First of all, all communication was only allowed through Telegram. No WhatsApp at all

The problem is, my phone doesn’t support Telegram, so I had to borrow someone else’s phone just to check in. Very inconvenient. When we entered the room, the remote had no batteries. The aircond remote also had no batteries. We had to go out and buy them ourselves. These are basic things that should already be provided. We couldn’t cancel anymore since payment was already made, so we had no choice but to continue the stay. The worst part, we checked out only 5 minutes late, and they deducted our deposit. The room was kept clean and there was no damage at all. The management is very unprofessional and not considerate. I do not recommend this place at all. Please be careful.
