Liked I admit it was my mistake for using the pillow to place my clothes on while ironing... but the iron already had signs of fabric stuck to it... then when it touches the pillow, the pillowcase was damaged... if you're deducting to reimbursed the damage pillowcase, it shouldn't take the whole RM100 just for the damage of one pillowcase.

Disliked The staff were uncooperative and failed to provide any assistance. I initiated contact via chat/message, admitted a mistake regarding a damaged pillowcase, and tried to discuss a fair deduction from my deposit. Despite my honesty and efforts to communicate, the staff did not respond to any of my points regarding the deposit refund. Their complete lack of response made resolution impossible.
