Property needs repairs
Liked Location is wonderful - next to cafes, restaurants, KTV, and services like massage parlours, hair/nail salons. Aeon Mall and Toppen are within 10 minutes drive. The property size is perfect for 3 of us for 1 night. We have enough sleeping areas - 1 double bed, 1 double bed mattress and sofa. My friends and I have good sleep. The aircon and the ceiling fan in the apartment a life saver as the temperature outside was scorching hot. Very comfortable in the apartment. The shower hot water works perfectly. Warm enough. Wifi is stable. No problem in connecting. And it stays connected without interference.
Disliked Collecting the apartment access passes was not easy. The mailbox lock has a small dial hence it is difficult to tune to the passcode. Moreover the mailbox is at the lowest deck. So made opening the mailbox a chore. Have challenge opening main door of apartment. The door system cannot read the pass card. The number pad could not display properly. But somehow after many tries, the number pad appeared and we managed to enter. But we were afraid to leave the property. We feared we might get shut out. So we had to change plans getting Grab delivery for dinner. It was a huge shame as we wanted to go out for the night especially we are in Mount Austin. Quite many areas in the apartment are not in working condition. The toilet cannot flush properly. A power outlet at kitchen area does not work. The freezer’s cabinet door is spoilt. The Venetian Blinds in living room cannot stay pulled up. One of the glass window in living room cannot be locked. I did not receive the check in details until almost 12noon on check in day. I was worried i would need to find another accommodation option. I have requested the information earlier but did not get information. Could be better
