Disliked it’s not like the picture, there’s no bathtub and screen protector

Liked I did not receive any instructions prior to arriving at 14:55. I tried several times to ring the number given but could not get an answer. I was forced to book another hotel. At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund.

Passable

Liked Firstly booking.com , you should not make people fool, the room you showed us while booking, it was not there only , so don’t make people fool,

Disliked It is too noisy in the night , you just can’t sleep, it is closer to the road and bikers were making so much noise, sleep was very disturbing, other thing was shower, very low pressure while having bath., they should do something with that.

Good
