Disliked We are a family of 4 but i booked the 3 bedder because we wanted to use the bath tub. However, the bath tub was spoilt! It was bad experience with the spoilt bath tub, broken remote control, strong pee smell in the master bed room toilet, no toilet roll holder in master bed room toilet and dirty plastic cups utensils and no toilet hanger in all bathrooms. This is the first time that i have washed the toilet for our accommodation! I have no choice because we don't want to sleep in a pee-smelling room. There were also stains on the flooring and a broken socket. They also changed my accommodation 2 days before checked in, i.e. after the free cancellation period was over. This unit is very different from the unit i have booked and paid for! Book at your risk! You have been warned!

Disliked "I got bullied and was made to beg for help." 1) Early check in request: Days before arrival, I sought approval if i could check in early. I got 2 confirmations separately via WhatsApp and Booking.com. Both mentioned that my request was approved. 2) No help at all: Upon reaching the location at 11am, i asked for a QR code to check in, no response via WhatsApp nor calls. The fear slowly creeps in at this point of time. Being estranged in a foreign place with no help, language barrier, security guards stern warning of "no QR no go in" and my sets of 24months twins screaming their lungs out for milk and naps, I began to desperately ask for help. The only "help" given to me was the 2 non working mobile numbers and a WhatsApp that only can say let them think what they can do. In the end, my babies have to sleep in the common hall area with my luggage and people walking past us like we are a bunch of beggars sitting around. 3) Nonchalant attitude: At 12.19pm, finally a cold response - "hello miss, check in is 3pm." Liked I like the location, it is near Mid Valley Mall. There is an eatery just adjacent the apartments.

Liked Frankly i did not use any of the facilities as i book jus for me to sleep at night due to events. But ya i will come back to stay again with my family.

Disliked On the first night during doing the laundry water hose blow out due to short pipe.so i need to use an broom to hold the hose.

Liked the place was really near to the mall. collection of key was super east. size of unit was good too. but then, the only thing good about the unit is just the location, but that's it.
