Misleading photos, terrible smell, and a broken cancellation promise. Very disappointing experience.

Liked Unfortunately, I cannot mention anything positive about my experience. The property was completely different from what I expected based on the listing.

Disliked Very disappointing and misleading experience. The actual room did not match the pictures advertised on Booking.com, and there was a terrible smell inside. When I complained and requested to cancel my booking, the staff asked me not to leave a negative review. They told me to submit a cancellation request and promised they would accept it. However, after I left the property and booked another hostel, they rejected my cancellation request. My reservation was then marked as completed, even though I had already left and stayed somewhere else. I feel completely misled by how this situation was handled. Future guests should be extremely careful before booking this property.

Liked There was a free washer where I stayed and an open kitchen.

Disliked I want this kind of company or hospital not on booking.com.

Excellent time. Most of the other guests are great.

Liked Located on the 25th floor of Putra Majestic. There is an open kitchen, and free laundry in the section I was in. They provide a towel if needed. Refrigerators for guests to use. Lots of electrical plugs. Very close to a train station. Speedmart 99 and 7-11 are near by. United Gadget is downstairs and is the best place to buy a sim card. The owner will activate it for you.

Disliked The electrical socket next to my bed does not deliver electricity if a plug is inserted all the way in. Had to think for a while for something I didn't like. It's manageable but a little annoying as the plug falls out of socket sometimes.
