Disliked The owner seems to be running a scam. I immediately was accused of breaking a TV in their unit after checking out. It was clearly destroyed before I checked into the unit. It’s a shame because otherwise I would have spoken highly of the accommodations.
Liked Comfy place to stay, tv box have everything and the sofa bed is good to sleep too. check in and check out is smooth as you only need to follow some instructions. The location was also near to where we wanna go (i mean penang is so small that everywhere is literally close by). For the price we pay, what we get here is very valuable.
Disliked The parking !!! I lost count how many rounds of turns we need to turn to get to 7th floor (our parking spot). By the time we get to our floor, our head already spinning. The facilities for this place is considered decent and everything felt compact and tight.
Liked Quick response and resolution from the vendor when I couldn't open the washing machine door
Disliked The fan was not in English or provided with numerical instructions.
Liked The security personnel was very helpful making the check-in and check- out procedures simple and easy.
Disliked The narrow passageway to the parking lot.
