Liked Extremely well situated within the confine of Georgetown where everything is literally within minutes of drive, especially the food stalls/restaurants. On top of that, all of its six rooms also have an ensuite bathroom plus the noise level is actually low in this area when compared to other big cities.

Disliked Even though the inside of house has been renovated for living comfort, our stay could have been improved if owner can increase the water pressure and consider installing an autogate for in/out convenience (The current gate is difficult to open/close plus there is a temporary drainage work directly across at the moment).

Comfortable house, strongly suggest to book again in our next trip to penang

Liked House is clean, location good, near to Burnah Road with plenty of food choices. Space is great for 9 of us. The coordinator responded well to our message.

Disliked The following suggestions for improvements: 1) there should be instructions on how to use the TV. We didn't see any TV channels for watching 2) water pressure is low when 2 or more people showering same time 3) to provide floor mate at the entrance of bathroom to dry our legs after the bath 4) to provide clean towels, clean sponge, clean wipes at the kitchen 5) Poor quality pillows, suggest to improve 6) to provide a chair in each bedroom. So far only master room has a chair.
