Disliked What also don't have Don't have hot water . Have TV but can't open leh Open the door need for one hour The people just keep going say what problem what problem and ask me for take photo then the people didn't come and keep going call me to take the key and I go up and down for many times
Liked My new fave place to stay in KL. Responsive hosts, all mod cons, perfect location, lovely spotless facilities area and here at management and staff onsite. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I’ve stayed in so many places in KL and this was by far the best 💗
Disliked Could have been a bit cleaner. I cleaned the fridge, microwave and washing machine. Filters (aircon) could have done with another clean as it was quite polluted however they did it the first time the day I asked. Drains a bit blocked in main bedroom. All small things they know about and am sure will be fixed.
Liked Apartment is comfortable and spacious enough I guess. Mostly about what we expected in that regard.
Disliked 1. Drain in the master bedroom shower was clogged from day 1, had to finish my showers within 10 minutes so that water doesn't leak into the bedroom. 2. Bed header was broken in the single bedroom. 3. Microwave doesn't work. 4. Some dishware in the cupboard was dirty. 5. Instructions to reach the apartment and the mailbox were very vague and the listed address didn't completely match with actual location. We had to walk around the neighbourhood with our luggage for 20 minutes after arrival trying to find the building at 3AM. A google maps link + some pictures would have been useful.
Liked It is a lovely place with very friendly people ... We came all the way from South Africa and everyone was friendly and always ready to help ... The aircons helped a lot with the heat ... Very beautiful view at night ... It is clean and quiet ... Shops close by and everyone there are wonderful people ... The suite is cozy and perfect for a wonderful stay in Malaysia !!!
