Liked The accomodation is great, I love the common area, specially with the big table on the kitchen. You can find dish, glass and instruction very easy. you can sit on the big table and enjoy the meals with 8 persons because the table is very massive. The room is big, enough for 7 of us. close enough to jonker, 5 minutes to asam pedas claypot, 7eleven on the back road of the house.

Disliked No TV on the CAVE, but its enough for us. our Cave is on the second floor. the stairs is small. only for 1 people up or down. Dont expect to see the staff all the time. Maybe you can put 1 big TV on the common room?

Disliked This is my second time booking this property. The first time was a few months ago, and I booked the Standard Double Room. I received the exact room that matched the photos advertised. However, my friend, who booked the same room type, was shocked to be given a much smaller, claustrophobic room — Room 303. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me during this stay. I was given Room 303 instead of the room shown in the advertised photos for the Standard Double Room that I had booked. I had to spend nearly 5 hours discussing this with Nikki, the property administrator. After a long argument, she finally honored the correct room type and moved me to Room 202 instead of Room 303. Nikki may try to claim that Room 303 is bigger, but if this happens to you, request a video comparison and judge for yourself how tiny Room 303 is compared to Room 202, despite both being sold as Standard Double Rooms. Another disappointing aspect was the condition of the common areas, which were extremely poorly maintained. The floors were very dirty, and the front entrance area was often left in a messy state. Liked Great location, frienly service and bery responsive hoast. Great location on walking distance to everywhere. Clean place with cooking facilities.

Disliked Rainy weather bringing mosquitoes.

Clean bed and AC worked.

Liked Cool layout of the place. A lot of cool areas to lounge. Nice kitchen.

Disliked Needs some work, peeling paint. I did not like the room I had, no window which felt stuffy. The onsite host wasn’t very friendly and smoked in and out of the building. Made it uncomfortable. A more engaging host would make the place much nicer.
