Miri Hotel

Liked Good space

Disliked So noisy at night motor because nearly main road

Staff mistake was not customer mistake

Liked It has Dojo in the same building. The location has easy-access to my needs.

Disliked I booked for a deluxe room but the staff accidentally gave my room to other customer. I ended up in a somewhat "hostel room" with a single bed, one-forth size of the actual room I booked with the FULL PRICE. The hospitality was bad upon arrival as the lady mentioned that I travelled solo in front of strangers — RED FLAG for my safety! ps: I did not take the photo of the room but the room was #521. I do not mind if they properly apologize for their mistake. But emphasizing on being solo traveller and not even refund any cost that I have paid is such a major disappointment.

Great stay, good room, best aircond

Liked The room cleanliness, comfortable and cold aircondition

Disliked furnitures are rather dated. it would be great if the furnitures are upgraded / updated.

Liked Location was good everything walking distance

Disliked Some days the Internet was not working and its not clean as expected
