Liked I like the pool views , the environment, the vibes

Disliked No hair dryer, no bodywash , and sometimes the tv internet couldn’t connect .

Definitely worth the money to stay

Liked The location, it's very near to the city centre Staff were pretty friendly The view and scenery from our room The swimming pool although it's abit small but it's already pretty good enough

Disliked Abit difficult to get water and couldn't find any water dispenser near our room. Just abit frustrated that the receptionist counter is not in the same building as the place we stay at but other than that overall is pretty good enough

Place are under renovation and CLOSING DOWN!

Liked only the bed was comfortable tho, the reception staff (not the manager) were actually quite nice and helpful.

Disliked I booked a 4-bed dorm at this hostel, but when I arrived, I was told the hostel was under renovations and closing down. They move to a cheaper sister hostel and downgraded me to an 8-bed dorm, that Indian lady manager eventually said that it was an upgrade…. how’s that?! When I asked for the price difference back, they refused. Manager was only interested in the money and refused to provide a price difference refund even we request for the free cancellation 3 times before and they denied knowing that they didn’t even have the room and the property was not even available to stay!! that’s funny… Do not trust the photos or the room type you book here. They will move you to a cheaper room and keep the extra cash. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere.

Disliked We booked our own private 4 person room with AC, despite this the reception staff would not give us a remote for the AC and insisted that we needed call them every time we wanted to change the setting so they could go to your room and do it for us...

Liked Nice place, everything is close. Friendly staff and good facilities.

Disliked Reception is in another building.

Liked Clean, and good showers.

Disliked No community in High street Mingle. You need to visit the other associated hostels (Chinatown mingle or Lekiu Mingle) to join the community.
