Amazing stay

Liked Cozy and clean

Liked Excellent communication and support provided by admin. Admin was very supportive in going the extra mile to help us , which is way beyond our usual expectations. Thank you.

Disliked Overall, the stay was okay, but there are several areas that could be improved. * There is no mirror in the bedrooms, which was inconvenient when getting ready. * The air conditioner produces noticeable vibration noise, making it difficult to sleep at night. * The bathroom has no hooks to hang clothes or towels, so I had to place my belongings on top of the toilet tank. * The towels didn't look clean, as they had yellow stains and black spots. * The refrigerator still had leftover garlic from the previous guest, which suggests it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. * There are very few power outlets, and some of them were not working properly. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Liked the room was nice and spacious

Liked convenient location..

Disliked Check-in time is supposed to be 3pm, but we have been waiting until 6pm as the room keys are still not ready and have not been passed to the check-in counter. While waiting we have tried calling and texting, but there has been no response. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory, with visible dusts everywhere. Hopefully can be improved.
