Liked Clean rooms with all the facilities. Departmental store below and plenty of eating options around

Disliked Too far from the city center and traffic makes it harder to reach. Minimum of 45 minutes to every place like bangsar, klcc, bukit bintang, kl sentral etc.

Disliked room cleaning service is based on request, but at least pre-set up some trash bag for self changing use.

Liked I like the building, very convenient below buildings with the retails.

Disliked Management lost card, change unit, the sqft is 680sqft here write 914sqft, call no pickup early 9am stated. Sending photos all in this platform photo broken cannot see anything, not sure got important information or not. Unit allocation is also wrong. The induction cooker also broke no repair and the unit not sure smell smoke always.

Overall uncomfortable and unimpressed as what mentioned in booking.com

Disliked Very difficult to contact the host and responses never answered or followed up. We were assigned to a new unit as the first unit reak with smoking smell - the replace unit has ants and cockroach.
