Disliked Inconvenient to access the check in as I think is ridiculous to request customer check in by own selves without assistant. First , being asked to wait for stranger open the mail box entrance and the staff has no intention to assist. Calling no answer, texting no reply. Customer as me fell so helpless. Total cannot agree this is called “ self check in anytime “. If no one open door to enter mail box then forever we cannot go in and get the access card to check it. I don’t feel this is right way. Last but highlight : staff no helping at all , unable to reach any of them.

Disliked The master bedroom shower no water The host deposit refund need 5working days The process of check in not favourable, the mailbox area need access card to open the door and host ask us to wait someone to open door for us and the waiting area so hot , luckily I asked someone walk by to help open the mailbox door to mailbox area to take the key on the mailbox

Liked THE STAFF FROM THE AGENCY ARE RUDE AND STUPID , THE CHECK IN PROCEDURE ARE CONFUSING AND IMPROPER, THE STAFF MENTION IT WAS SELF CHECK IN , BUT ITS NOT, FOR CHECK IN U WERE INSTRUCTED TO COLLECT THE KEY CARD ACCESS AT MAILBOX LOCKER ROOM , BUT THEY DIDNT MENTION THE MAILBOX ROOM ARE LOCKED AND REQUIRED ACCESS AND U WONT BE PROVIDED WITH AN ACESS , EVENTUALLY AFTER I CONTACTED THEM ,THEY SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO WAIT FOR OTHER RANDOM PPL TO ACCESS THE MAIL ROOM, BASICALLY THEY TOLD ME TO SNEAK INTO THE MAILROOM IF SOMEONE WITH AN ACESS WERE TO OPEN IT , HOW ITS THAT A FREAKING CHECK IN PROCEDURE , ITS CANT BE CONSIDERED A SELF CHECK IN IF I NEED TO RELY ON RANDOM PPL TO CHECK IN

Disliked I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. First of all, I had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby just to collect the key card, with no one attending to me, which seriously disrupted my schedule. Upon entering the property, I found that two light bulbs were not working, making the entire space very dim and uncomfortable. The listing clearly stated that towels would be provided, yet there were none available. I contacted the service staff, and although I received a message saying someone would come to resolve the issue, no one ever showed up. What’s even more unacceptable is that despite all these unresolved problems, we were still reminded that we “must check out on time” the next day. Our concerns were completely ignored, and the service attitude was unresponsive and dismissive. This stay was incredibly disappointing, with no sense of accountability or basic hospitality. I will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend this property to anyone.

Liked The WORST EXPERIENCE ever, this was the 2nd time to stay at this unit. Why I said was 2nd time and I’m still renting with them ? Because due to last minute and I’m giving them 2nd chance and 1st time the said they will take note on all my complain but actually don’t !!!! 1st of all description said check in time 3pm Check out 12pm. Honest speaking the host only given to check in at close 5pm !!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡staff was rude !!!!!!! Argue with client !!!!!!! Unit is SUPERB DIRTY , BEDSHEET DUST !!!! Make my children itchy for whole night!!!!!!!! FAN FULL OF DUST! Aircond is not cold because never service ! Washing Dryer is broken !!! Table clothes with fungus! 😡😡I don’t understand why the table clothes with fungus never throw away put to put on the kitchen area? Sorry forgotten to take the picture. Imagine they take the table clothes to white the whole living hall with fungus at table and chair and kitchen area. Toilet bowl Omg 😡 😤 terrible with stain. Was complain on 1st time but well still never make any changes ! 🤢 🤮 Bedsheet was crump shampoo and body wash are same please bring own if you guys still want to rent this unit .
