Liked The size of the apartment was good for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The host also provided kid friendly items such as a high chair, a stool etc. The water dispenser was also wonderful for families with babies who still drink formula milk. The entire facility is well protected, with great security.

Disliked Nothing in particular about the unit. While many had mentioned the wonderful location, it actually isn't very near to the mall at Mid Valley Southkey. You will need a car to get around, and not advisable to walk with young children.

Very clean and well maintained. Instructions were clear and it’s extremely easy to catch a Grab.

Liked We had a wonderful stay at this property. Cozy2u provided very detailed information and clear directions before our check-in, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Their responses to our questions were also very prompt and helpful. The unit was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the thoughtful reminders from the host about important things to take note of during our stay. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with both the unit and the excellent service provided. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Liked The stay was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. I have a sinus problem and thus I can’t sleep on pillows that are too flat. This is the only place where they provide good quality pillows. The room smells nice too, no musky odour at all. Only a 5mins drive to mid valley south key, suitable for families with elderly and children. But please take the car, as walking to the shopping centre can be taxing.
