Comfortable stay like home

Liked Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear. The apartment is complete with all the convenience of home. It was a comfortable & enjoyable stay. WIFI connection of fast & good.

Disliked It will be good if earlier check-in timing is allowed wot additional charge.

Good apt with great location

Liked 1. Good location especially those interested in Midvalley mall (8 min walk) with other utility shops nearby too. 2. Clear instructions by host & easy to understand. 3. Decent WiFi. 4. Cosy & functional apartment.

Disliked 1. Instructions on how to use induction & unlock hot water in water dispenser would have been helpful. Also, some guidance on which utensils are microwave friendly. 2. Communication about check-in & check-out time with potential extra charges early on would be helpful.

comfortable stay in a safe environment

Liked quiet location. very safe especially the in-house security which include key access and physical security and patrols. Felt very safe

Liked It's very easy to access to the condominium with given barcode. From entering to the carpark rigth up to the condominium. Designated parking lot and short walk to lift . Once enter the condominium, we were greeted with beautiful green scenery looking out from the big windows. Space is good for 4-5 pack. We were a group of three and the space is more than good for us. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge, tv, hair dryer, cuckoo watering machine. All r there to make our stay complete n enjoyable. Just out side the condominium is a Chinese kopitiam . Perfect. And the place is very clean .👍👍

Liked Near the mall. Clean and very spacious. Ease of check in/check out.

Disliked The lift was sooooooo slow. It took us 45 minutes to get down from level 24 after check out (not the owner's fault). We had to cancel our grab. I hope the building management does something about this. Other than this very primitive lift, the place is good.
