Disliked Toilet shower needs to change. I was quite upset initially when asked to pay deposit. Other guest booked with Agoda n Airbnb didn't have to pay deposit. They received QR code n check in instructions. We were there but couldn't get in. Thankfully they waived the deposit n send us details at 6.30pm. Waited 3 hours to get in. Ridiculous!

Disliked When whatsapp call to the service agent (not Gilbert), no response, during the initial door key mixed up.
