Mid Valley Southkey Mall - 24-7 Support - Netflix - Infinity Pool

Disliked Actual place not as pictured in the booking.

Disliked The name of the venue as advertised (Midvalley Southkey Mall) didnt bring you to the exact location which is Mosaic Southkey Condo (I believed this was already highlighted by previous tenant). Checking-in was a bit of a hassle, the QR code given was for the previous / visitor (different car plate) - thus not accepted by the guards. We have to wait for a new QR code; but after waiting for 36 minutes, was asked to park our car outside the building and carry our luggages into the building. Of course we declined (we have luggages for 4 adults and 2 kids). Finally, was asked to talk to one of the guards before were allowed in. The new QR code finally arrived around 6.32pm (approximately 1 hour 12 minutes from my arrival time).

Liked i don’t how to express myself , the booking cancelled before 10min we reach they cancelled by booking and say there is a water leak , last minute how to find another room, i already called and express my frustration to customer care , they say they will arrange for me and call me back but nothing was happened

Disliked The host very worst , don’t want to pick up our call, it’s not the right way to handle the customers

For this premium price, I rather stay a 4 star hotel.

Liked Location

Disliked Booked a triple room, but turns out it’s a double room. Not well maintain, fixtures falling off, aircon controllers not functioning, wifi not working & unable to connect.
