Liked During 1st day of arrival, my partner complained that the bath towel & toilet smelly & we also spot black mold in the bathroom. We've to buy air freshener & bath towel during our stay. The TV reception not clear enough. We've the frontline staff for extra cloth hanger, they just give us 1 PIECE ONLY. The frontline staff are not friendly at all. They should promote Mr Sam as frontline staff instead, he is very friendly & make us feel welcomed.
