Disliked Quality of the facilities

Liked Overall, the stay was good. The hotel is new, clean, and all the facilities were well maintained. The bed was large and very comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.

Disliked The only downside was the water heater. The hot water was not very warm, and I'm not sure if it was because of the cold weather in Cameron Highlands. However, the water wasn't hot enough, so showering was a little uncomfortable, especially in the chilly weather. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent comfortable and chill stay.

Liked 1) Very good location, near to Kea farm. Relatively quite and peace, with lots of parking space, very convenient. 2) Room is clean, everything is functioning, and plus point is it is with water dispenser, and has a lift. 3) Hospitality very good, staffs are polite and helpful.

All is good. My suggestion is maybe can provide microwave for guest to reheat their food.
