Disliked While the room was spacious, it was drastically pulled down by poor maintenance and outdated amenities. The furniture was old, and the curtains were dusty and visibly moldy around the corners. In the bathroom, the toilet seat cover was cheaply wrapped or patched with plastic; it desperately needs a proper replacement as it feels old and unhygienic. To top it off, the room featured an outdated television with blurry, poor-quality channels.

I love the location of this hotel, but not the facilities. They should really spruce up the place.
Liked The location was very good, within walking distance to a few places of interest and a mall. The shower worked well. I was able to get an extra bed for my son easily.
Disliked The hotel is rather old and rundown. It appears sad and tired. The aircon did not work well on the first night. Some of the electrical sockets were faulty and the TV didn't work because of that. There was a wet patch in the room when we checked in.

Disliked The front desk staff & late check in. The front desk staff very rude and not corporate. And also their not professional. When i not happy because of late check in one if the staff not willing to help me.
