Good location but poor room

Liked Location has plenty of eating options in short walking distance and a mall not far away

Disliked Lack of furniture, nowhere to put luggage, paint falling from the walls coating everything in white powder overnight.

Overall, I would recommend it if you are on a budget.

Liked The place was good value for the price we paid, and the host and staff were genuinely lovely, kind, and accommodating. They were very responsive and quick to assist whenever we had questions. The property was clean, and there was a cute little shop (Stride and Pott) at the front that added to its charm. It also felt like a small business finding its feet, and we were happy to support them and be part of their journey. Overall, the friendly staff and great service made the stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider booking again, especially if we could get a room away from the reception area.

Disliked The main issue was the noise. Our room was right next to the reception area, so there was quite a lot of human traffic and noise, particularly in the early evening and morning. This was unfortunately far from the quiet room we had requested. We were also surprised that the bathroom was shared. Although we got used to it quickly because it was clean, the overall setup felt more like a hostel than a hotel. A lot of the properties near the area seemed to have a similar hostel-like setup. The room also had limited ventilation, which made it feel a little damp and musty. Overall, the experience was good for the price, but I would recommend requesting a room as far away from reception as possible.

Liked Beautiful old building, really nicely renovated. Excellent location, walk to everything. All the facilities are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much

Disliked A little bit of noise as it's right on the road, but they supplied earplugs and it wasn't really an issue.

Great staff, pleasant stay

Liked The staff were very helpful and attentive, always responding to our needs.

Disliked We had to move rooms due to a fault, and the room we moved to (in a different property) was near a main road so quite noisy.
