Poor cleanliness and an uncomfortable environment led me to cancel my stay.

Liked I appreciate that the host responded very promptly and accepted my cancellation request without any issues. They also kindly offered to move me to another room, but given my experience with the first room, I didn’t feel comfortable staying and decided to leave.

Disliked I had a very unpleasant experience with this stay. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a cockroach running across the floor and disappearing under the bed. The room and overall environment were not clean. There were stains throughout the room, small insects crawling around the refrigerator, a strong moldy smell, a dead moth, and a thick layer of dust. The sofa also had heavy stains. The overall condition made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. As it triggered my anxiety, I immediately requested to cancel the booking, even though it was already late at night.
