Disliked The room/property is ok & comfortable...i only have problem with the mattress (I don't know either bugs or ants-itchy everywhere...its not good) but the host seriously the worst ever....this is the 1st & last i stayed at this property...worst instruction too...Mandy u need to improve...I whatsapp but always late reply or non...I call but u didn't pick up my phone at all...seriously u have really bad service...sorry...please improve it....

Disliked I am very disappointed with the customer service, I stayed 3 days 2 night without a functioning TV and hair dryer. 1. TV is not functioning but customer service replied like this: "This tv have problem already inform owner pending repair Have mention at portal ya". When I asked what is the meaning of mention in portal, while the booking.com website didn't mention that TV cannot work, the customer service just ignore me and did not reply further. 2. The hair dryer is not working, when I text customer service to request for a change, they just replied will check with cleaner, when I remind again, they still replied checking. And 3 days 2 night has over, and they never change a new one for me. 3. Booking website photo showed there is a microwave but there's none at the unit.
