Liked Good and clean

Liked Room is clean. Just bathroom need deep cleaning. Bathroom its due for deep cleaning.

Disliked Bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. Its time to do major deep clean on the floor. Other than bathroom is very clean. Just bathroom need deep cleaning. Also i think u should install new tv with build android.. Android tv is cheap now. With android tv yr guest can login in their netflix or disney to watch tv. Can ask onwer to invest.

Liked I really liked the location, and the security staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful

Disliked I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff member responsible for reservations. They did not treat guests with respect or professionalism. The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor, and no cleaning supplies were provided. The bed linens and towels were of poor quality. The check-in and check-out procedures were very poorly organized and inconvenient.

Disliked Toilet flash was out of order, we informed the staff but they didn't feel to fix it during our stay. Electric kettle was out of order, we informed the staff but they didn't fix or replaced it. They are only good in saying sorry...
