Scammed by Maxhome

Liked Was ok when booking is confirmed but was told by Maxhome to apply free cancellation because they said its an error and they will fully refund but till now nothing was done and nothing was refund by Maxhome?

Disliked An empty promises and I believe i was scammed out of my money by Maxhome,will make a police report within this few days if no response from Maxhome.

Disliked 1- Shower position too low for adult 2.- Car park need additional cost 3- Swimming pool cleanliness not satisfied (green color) 4- Some bedsheet not clean 5- Main entrance only use pazword..access key not function 6- Most of furniture getting old 7- Glass provided have alcohol branding( not Muslim friendly)

Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and disappointing.

Liked It’s sea view and location was good. The unit also quit huge.

Disliked The check-in process was not smooth at all. Firstly, the unit does not come with a parking space. We had to pay an additional RM10 in advance to book a parking slot. The directions provided via WhatsApp were not user-friendly, and the instructions were quite confusing. The key had to be collected from the mailbox, and we were only given one access card along with the power key. When we reached the unit, we assumed the card was for the door, but it remained locked and required us to wait 15 minutes before retrying. After multiple messages with the host, we only managed to enter after about 30 minutes, using an 8-digit PIN each time as it was a smart lock. This caused a significant delay during check-in. Upon entering the unit, it was generally clean, but the living room sofa was very old and dirty. The armrests had turned brown and black from their original white colour, making it quite uncomfortable and unpleasant to sit on. Additionally, both the living room and master bedroom air conditioners were not functioning properly and clearly needed servicing. The living area was not cool at all, and there was no ceiling fan. The master bedroom was also very warm, making it uncomfortable,

very scary. can't sleep at night because of being disturbed. had to leave the place early
