Liked We loved the location, so close to great shopping, food and play centres

Disliked We only had one key which made it hard when one of us was out and the other was locked in the room unable to use facilities

Lucentia is a lovely place but find someone else to rent via NOT MaxHome as they do not care.

Liked Cannot fault the location of Lucentia Apartments. Close to Lalaport, and shopping precinct of Bukit Bintang. Good shopping and close to food outlets. The pool and surrounds are great. Remember the inside of the unit and the outside of the apartment and 2 different worlds. Quantity and maintenance of MaxHomes does not match that of Lucantia Apartments. Don't be fooled by the images.

Disliked 1/ the 4 chairs in the unit were broken, unsafe to use, only 1 spare chair could be provided during stay 2/ NO microwave despite being advertised 3/ the couch was so old, padding worn out, stained, foot stool broken and work out 4/ Aircon unit in the bedroom was not cold. Other units struggling due to poor maintenance and cleaning of filters Quality of unit so poor. management do not care about the state of the unit despite attempts to contact.

Liked Nothing. It was advertised as having two futon beds, and didnt have one. I didnt end up staying and had to make other arrangements.

Disliked Everything. Waste of time and money.

Liked Great views and facilities. Surrounded by many restaurants. Close to the metro.

Disliked No one at Lucentia wants to help you with anything. Need toilet paper for your room, "call your host". Need to store your luggage after check out, "use lockers in the mall". Light rain with no lightning, "can't use the pool".

Liked Rooms were clean. View was nice.

Disliked The front main door was not able to be locked and suddenly in the morning a 2 foreigner MENS walked in to take the housekeeping things. We were all woman in the "supposedly connecting room" got shocked and scared. They did not even knock neither felt guilty nor informed us earlier that this is going to happen. They should not keep the things in the guest connecting room. They should get a store of thier own as it feels very unsafe. Aircond in the second room was warm. Blanket for the futton is so short like specifically for kids.
